Can I use ceramics in the oven or microwave?

No. In ceramics, rapid heat exchange in a short time can cause cracking. If you want to thaw a product you bought from the freezer in the microwave, there is a risk of cracking as there will be a sudden temperature change. To use your ceramics for a long time, avoid ovens, microwaves and tools that will cause sudden temperature changes.

Can I wash ceramics in the dishwasher?

No. Since heat change may cause cracking, you should wash pots, bowls, glasses, etc. ceramics produced for food and drink by hand. You should wash the decorative materials on which effect glaze is used, such as vases and panels, in order not to deteriorate the colors.
