Delivery and Returns

1. After your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 3 working days.  

2. Shipping information is sent to the e-mail address you specified. 

Return

1. The buyer must clearly notify zefirus@zefirusseramik.com that he will return the product within 14 days.  

2. Within 10 days to Zefirus Seramik address with the product invoice to be returned (if it is a corporate customer, with the return invoice)  should be sent.  

3. After the products to be returned are delivered to the cargo, the fee is returned to the user.

4. Products cannot be returned as broken or damaged after they are received from the cargo.
